Dates and Deadlines Tuition Assistance application deadline is February 16. When we receive your completed application, we will arrange for a class visit (grades 1-6) for your child. The screening fee is $80. Acceptance for Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten & Grade 1 is based on the results of the screening, the play visit, the class visit (grade 1 only), the School Transcript/Records, and the Confidential Teacher Evaluation. Admittance to those who apply after the deadline date is on a space available basis. Acceptance for Grades 2 through 6 is based on the School Transcript/Records, Confidential Teacher Evaluation, screening and school visit. Admittance to those who apply after the deadline date is on a space available basis. Copies of all educational testing must be sent to us in order for your child's application to be deemed complete. We will not evaluate incomplete applications. Parents are mailed admissions decisions by March 15.
